Edition 2022 – Master Class Foro Brasil Espanha

Objetives

On April 30th and May 1st, the first edition of Foro Brasil España focused on Master Classes with international business schools and universities will take place in the Dona Flôr auditorium of the Hotel Fera Palace in Salvador.

The Forum, which has always taken place in Spain with a large number of panels, will be held for the first time in Brazil, with the co-organization of ABRESCCO and with a different purpose.

The Master Classes Forum aims to promote the positive exchange of ideas from different points of view on economics, business, innovation, foreign markets and high-level education.

In this first edition in Salvador, we are focusing on two highly prestigious international business schools, ie Business School and esade Business School.

All this debate will take place in the form of panels and lectures on the second day, with important names from the national and international scene and interative classes on the first day, with the exhibition of cases approved especially for the classes of this event.

The entire conference will be recorded and made available later on the Internet on our YouTube channel.

Event and Format

Day 1

Event

Led by scholars from three of the most renowned business schools of the world, this event will explore real-life business cases and promote a full day discussion on innovation in business.

This will be a unique opportunity for Northeastern Brazilian leaders to taste what is it like to attend a top business school case method class, to get in touch with some of the most advanced ideas on innovation strategy, and to contribute with their own experiences to the discussion.

Attending an international MBA is a unique life-changing experience. Not only it sharpens one’s business acumen, but it also widens horizons, boosts international networking and provides the tools one needs to excel in business and add real value to organizations.

This session is a unique opportunity for individuals to reflect about the role they play on their organization, their career path and their professional ambitions, and to get tips to better understand how to apply for a top-school MBA.

Format

The sessions will be structured as participative discussions of real-life businesscases, known as the case method. In this type of classes, professors are the facilitators who structure and stimulate the audience to explore the case, provide their views and share their own experiences. In this sense, unlike traditional lecture classes -in which knowledge flows unilaterally from professors to audiences- in case method classes knowledge is jointly built from a wide discussion nourished by the professor but emerging from the students. The prior reading and studying of the assigned texts is therefore crucial for the success of the discussions.

Day 2

Event

It will be an opportunity for the narrowing of networking among Master Class students, in an environment with discussions with leaders and influencers of relevance in the Brazilian scenario. We will transport the best practices of our events held outside Brazil and provide panels on current topics of the national socio-economic scenario.

Format

Panel, a modality where experts who are generally of great repute, debate the subject and the public participates as a spectator, enabling some questions from the public during a predetermined period.
